Preparation time: 10 minutes Totaltime: 10 minutes

To spike the drink add rum, vodka, tequila or your favorite light booze.

Ingredients

  • 4 green limes
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 4 cups cold water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup finely crushed ice

Preparation

  • Wash the limes carefully.
Cut 1/4-inch off from both ends of the limes. Discard those small pieces. Cut the whole 4 limes into quarters or smaller sections.
In a blender, combine the lime wedges and cold water with crushed ice and salt. Blend for 15 seconds until smooth. Do not overblend as the limes skin may give a bitter taste. In a large pitcher, strain the mixture through a fine strainer. Discard the lime lime slush. Add the condensed milk and lime water to the blender. Mix on medium high for a few seconds to obtain a creamy lemonade. Serve cold in tall glasses.
